CREABOW CRAFTS collects private data in the context of its commercial activity (sale of art sets).
• What is private data?
It is all the information granting the identification of an individual. The surname, first name, postal address, email, phone number are private data because they will enable you to identify yourself.
• What data is collected?
CREABOW CRAFTS does not deal with sensitive data! Only the data needed to communicate with you, to edit invoices and to send purchase orders are collected. Just your name, first name, postal address, billing address, email address, telephone number, and IP address are received as part of the smooth transaction of the business activity.
CREABOW CRAFTS does not collect any banking information because the sole payment method used on the merchant site is PAYPAL, and therefore your bank details are not visible on the site.
Some technical data is also collected, but it does not identify you.
• How are these data collected?
This collection of private information is done when a person subscribes to the newsletter, places an order on the website, contacts CREABOW CRAFTS via the contact page, ask for information by email, abandons a basket or makes a product purchase (edition of an invoice).
• Your rights regarding your data
CREABOW CRAFTS customers or users of the website have at any time a right to access, rectify and delete their private data. This can be done by contacting us throught the contact page of the website, send an email to contact@creabowcrafts.com or updating your profil in your personal profile on the website.
Your consent is necessary to receive the newsletter, i.e., the commercial offers of CREABOW CRAFTS.

• Who has access to your private data?
The private data collected is for the exclusive use of CREABOW CRAFTS in the context of its commercial activity and is not sold, disclosed or transmitted to third parties except partners related to CREABOW CRAFTS for its business activity. These data will always be securely communicated . The third parties undertake to ensure the confidentiality of this data. These third-parties are defined below:
• Data shared with the company SUZAKU PRODUCTIONS in charge of the maintenance of the website. This company does not manage the orders but has access to the website for the maintenance and update of the website.
• ASTEMIS, the company responsible for managing our social media platforms.
• Persons who may be working on behalf of CREABOW CRAFTS as a trainee or employee.
• Data security
Your data is collected for the exclusive use of CREABOW CRAFTS, and appropriate security measures are put in place so that they are not lost, stolen or accessed without authorization. Access to your data is limited to certain people within the strict framework of their contract.
• Your private data hosting:
Your private data is securely stored, and Cloudways host the website.
Nevertheless, CREABOW CRAFTS is bound by contract to the company SUZAKU PRODUCTIONS, based in Thailand for the maintenance of the website. As a result, CREABOW CRAFTS requires its provider to guarantee a sufficient level of security and confidentiality regarding the protection of your data.
• Data retention
Your data is kept for the time necessary to process the request and will be deleted from 5 years after the last commercial relationship.
You have of course a right to delete your data at any time unless it jeopardizes the processing of your order!
